Job Description:
Answering the website users’ questions or problems by e-mails
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in Customer Support.
Experience from internet Company- a must
Excellent English written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
English: mother tongue level - a must!
Knowledge of website technology
Understanding and preparation of Reports and Statistics
Continuously evolving and adapting to changes in the products.
Highly motivated, conscious, energetic, service oriented,
Experience with payment services - must
Multitasking, Organized, Strong Attention to detail and responsible.
Results-driven and self-motivated
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
Experience working with CRM – an advantage
